My name is Jean-Mathieu Roy. I am Canadian and live in the province of Quebec, in Saint-Georges de Beauce. I work as a mechanical engineer.
I started photography 15 years ago, initially just as a hobby to keep myself occupied and express my creativity. Over time, I developed a true passion for this art, especially for capturing the beauty of everyday objects, nature in all its splendor, and the varied and fascinating landscapes I encounter. I constantly strive to push the boundaries of my art, always seeking to perfect every detail in order to convey the highest possible quality through my images, with depth and emotion that resonate with the viewer.

J’ai commencé la photographie il y a maintenant 15 ans, au départ simplement comme un passe-temps pour m’occuper et exprimer ma créativité. Au fil du temps, j’ai développé une véritable passion pour cet art, en particulier pour capturer la beauté des objets du quotidien, la nature dans toute sa splendeur ainsi que les paysages variés et fascinants que je rencontre. Je m’efforce constamment de repousser les limites de mon art, cherchant sans cesse à perfectionner chaque détail afin de transmettre à travers mes images la meilleure qualité possible, avec une profondeur et une émotion qui touchent le spectateur.
